Accounts Payable Specialists

Job Description:

  • Review suppliers’ invoices and arrange payment accordingly
  • Responsible payment for payroll and employee reimbursement in China/Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan/Australia/Indonesia/Thailand/Korea.
  • Daily check the incoming funds in online banking and timely update it to the AR team.
  • Timely handle bank settlement, settlement and purchase of foreign exchange in accordance with financial regulations.
  • Update weekly/monthly cash flow reports.
  • Print the statement of Bank statement of china, download the statement of overseas entity bank, and send it to the responsible national accountant
  • Responsible for the daily income and expenditure management and verification of the company’s funds, completed the bank deposit journal registration on time every day, familiar with the bank settlement business;
  • Daily management of funds, receipt and payment, regular cash inventory and checking bank balance
  • Bank account opening, alteration and cancellation;
  • Safekeeping and registration of the company’s e-banking information, company’s seal, cash on hand, checks, bank acceptance bills and other securities;
  • Ad-hoc assignments by the manager at times 

Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in Chinese and English both spoken and written
  • Qualification: Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economic
  • Experience: must have accounting experience of 2-3 years, ; must have experience in Multiple bank payment ,  experience in service/IT industry is a plus
  • Skills: Preferably experience of using accounting software, well versed in Microsoft excel, word and power points
  • Personality: Willing to learn; Proactive; good communication skills
