- Standalone AACC installation
- HA and Geo-redundant AACC installation
- AACC integration with Aura
- Integration with Avaya Aura Experience Portal
- Integration with Proactive Outreach Manager
- Report Customization & dashboards
- Experience with AACC WFO integration
- Experience with Chat SDK
- Experience with enterprise chat
- Experience with CRM integration (Siebel, SFDC, MS dynamics, SAP)
- Orchestration designer within CCMA application development
- Experience with AACC API “”CCMS/CCMA/CCT/Open interface Email/RSM/HDX””
- Vmware
- LDAP
- Security knowledge
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
